While The Bradley Method for learning to swim is based on a specific technique, it allows the highly trained instructors to adapt to each individual swimmer. Flexibility is the most important part of the method, requiring instructor adjustments in learning procedures and tactics. Swim Star instructors are trained to constantly analyze and examine each student’s development, abilities, and hesitations. Program updates are then made that will most help the swimmer to first, become water safe and second, develop proper technique.
